Analyze the Current State
The current state can be defined on different levels ranging from the enterprise to a small component of an existing solution.

We will analyze your current state to understand the reason why your organization needs to change some aspect of how it operates, articulate the business needs that drive that change in the context of the existing stakeholders, processes, technology, and polices, and determine what will be directly or indirectly affected by the change.

Assess the Risks Assessing the risks associated with your project includes analyzing and managing them. Risks may be related to the current state, a desired future state, a change, a change strategy, or any task being performed by your organization.We will attempt to understand the undesirable consequences of internal and external forces on your project and organization during the transition to, or once in, the future state.

 

Define the Change Strategy
We will develop and assess alternative approaches to your change and recommend an approach that clearly describes the nature of your change in terms of the context, stakeholders, justification, alternatives, investment and resource, how value will be realized, and transitions encountered along the way to that change.
